Listings Guarantee Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: January 1, 2024

  1. Eligibility: The JazzJune.com Listings Guarantee (“Guarantee”) is available to users who purchase a Marketplace Listings Subscription (“Subscription”) on or after January 1, 2024. Users must maintain their Subscription active for one full year (12 months) from the date of purchase to be eligible for the Guarantee.
  2. Guarantee Claim Period: Users have a 60-day period following the completion of their first year of Subscription to submit a Guarantee Refund Request (“Refund Request”). This period begins the day after the one-year anniversary of the Subscription purchase and ends 60 days later.
  3. Submission of Guarantee Refund Request: To initiate a Refund Request, users must complete the required Guarantee Refund Request form, providing all necessary details and supporting documentation as required by JazzJune.com.   4. Review and Approval: Upon submission, Refund Requests will undergo a review process, which may take up to two weeks. JazzJune.com reserves the right to request additional information or clarification from the user to process the Refund Request.
  5. Refund Calculation and Disbursement: The refund amount, if approved, will be the difference between the revenue generated by the user from their sales on the JazzJune Marketplace and the cost of their Subscription. The refund will be credited to the original payment method used for the Subscription purchase. If the original payment method is no longer valid, JazzJune.com will issue a check to the user for the refund amount.
  6. Cancellation Policy: If a user cancels their Subscription before completing one full year, they will forfeit their eligibility for the Guarantee. In such cases, a pro-rated refund of the Subscription will be issued, based on the remaining duration of the Subscription.
  7. Limitations and Restrictions: The Guarantee is applicable only to the first year of the Marketplace Listings Subscription. Renewals or subsequent year subscriptions are not covered under this Guarantee. JazzJune.com reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Listings Guarantee program at any time without prior notice, subject to applicable laws and regulations.
  8. Misuse and Compliance: Users found to be abusing the Guarantee, as determined by JazzJune.com in its sole discretion, will be ineligible for the refund and may face additional actions, including but not limited to account suspension or termination.
  9. Governing Law: These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which JazzJune.com operates.
  10. Amendments: JazzJune.com reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. All amendments will be posted on the JazzJune.com website and will be effective immediately upon posting.

By participating in the Listings Guarantee, users agree to these Terms & Conditions. It is the responsibility of the user to read and understand these Terms & Conditions prior to submitting a Guarantee Refund Request.
